Lancaster Insurance Services Limited operates using a comprehensive panel of leading companies and Lloyd’s markets WHICH SERVICE WILL WE PROVIDE YOU WITH? You will not receive advice or recommendations from us. You will be asked some questions by the system to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY US? There is no charge for using the system or accepting a quotation and going on cover We do charge for certain services as detailed below. These fees are in addition to any premium charged by the insurer: ) Duplicate policy documents and/or certificates of insurance £15 ) Cover notes issued for mid term amendments £15 ) Duplicate cover notes £20 ) Returned cheques £15 ) Mid term cancellation of a policy £20 We will dispatch all documentation FIRST CLASS FRANKED MAIL. All mail will be deemed delivered once it has been posted and no responsibility will be accepted for mail that is lost or is delayed in the post for whatever reason. In the event of mail being returned after duplicates have been issued and a charge made a refund will only be issued if the reason is found to be due to an error on the part of Bennett Fozzard WHO ARE WE REGULATED BY?
